Wired, across the oceans of the world
This is the original burgee of Trawler World List, now known as Trawlers & Trawlering List. It was created by Ed Huff, a graphic designer and marine artist who cruised America's Great Loop during 1999 on a Grand Banks 36 with his wife, Carol.
The red wire indicates how we are connected in a worldwide network. If you have the appropriate level of imagination, you will see how the wire spells out TWL, the abbreviation by which the T&T List was originally known. The blue field represents the sea, while the white stands for the sky.
